By creating or onboarding a JuiceUp360 workspace, you confirm that you are authorized to submit organization information, invite staff, and configure workforce, payroll, and compliance workflows for that organization.

You are responsible for keeping employee, payroll, tax, attendance, and billing records accurate and for reviewing outputs before using them for statutory, audit, or payment purposes.

JuiceUp360 may process submitted data to provide authentication, tenant management, payroll calculations, attendance review, ticketing, notifications, audit logging, and related platform services.

Access to modules may depend on organization settings, subscription state, security controls, and administrator permissions. Platform administrators may suspend or restrict tenant access where required for security, billing, abuse prevention, or compliance.

These terms are a product-facing baseline and should be reviewed by your legal adviser before production use in regulated environments.
